Winter Wonderland....in OCT?

Im back!

In fort mill!
Well Pineville right now...eating lunch and studying with Suzanne. We are only home for 2 days, then we head back to Ohio for the weekend. haha. But after that we may not be home for along time. So I'm ok with that. We did get stuck in the mountains on our way home, snow, lots of snow!
So hopefuly it will be a lovely drive home through the montians tomorrow.

Carpe Diem

Is the word I would use to describe the weekend. It all started Friday morning, I was not in the best mood, neither was Suzanne. So we went to her house and watched Scooby Doo for 4 hours. It was fun but we, or at least I was, still mopey...So we decided to drive to Ohio. On our 500 mile trip that was planed an hour before embarking, we stop in Knoxville for dinner and then keep driving another 190 miles to Lexington. We stop for 2 hours to visit with friends, and drink Ale-8. So we made it to Ohio Saturday morning around 7. And all day saturday we watch Scooby Doo...
Moments like these are what life is made for.

Sticky Fingers

I had many after eating from the restaurant of the same name, it was good. I got the all you can eat platter. I ate some pulled pork, chicken and a full slap of ribs! It was fun they had towels instead of napkins! It was the best! I'm so stuffed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paper?

So I've been in Fort Mill for a few weeks now. I really love the area, but sadly something is missing...it's not Ohio...But I like it here. I guess I miss home, it's my 1st time living away from home...let alone another state. I know I will be ok, but it gets hard sometimes.
Everything is going well, if you don't count being broke and not having a job. But I'm having alot of fun! Suzanne and I are at Panera right now, she is "working" on a paper...hehehe...well will be, we are just goofing off right now. I don't have internet at my house, but Suzanne's House and Morning Star do! So it's not too hard to get online, but havig time to write in the blog everyday is hard.
But I'm trying to!

Yep, it's true. I'm happy, Sue and I are going to stop in Knoxville for lunch!

So I don't have internet at my house...it's lame...but I guess I can manage going to Suzanne's house or Church to get it. I'm coming home this weekend! For a few days, it will be my 1st time home in about a month, so I'm stoked.

I signed the lease for my house today! I now live in Fort Mill SC for the next year!

Brain Drill and God?

So I didn’t have the best day today, at all. I mean there were some high points, but many low ones. I missed home today; it’s a big deal moving to a new place. It’s also my 1st time living out of home…and state for that matter. So I was driving home listening to very thunderous (non-Christian) music. I was just getting lots in the music trying to forget the day. And it’s about that time God started to speak to me. He just gave me so much peace and understanding of things. It was almost too much to swallow. It’s really cool when God speaks to you and gives you guidance in situations you have little to no control over. So I feel like I have a fresh start and a clear mind. I’m really happy and hope I can stay in the Presence of God. I feel as if I have forgotten about Him at time his week. I really want to be whole in God. I think moving out here is going to be good in so many ways. My number one reason is to be with Suzanne, but there is so much God is revealing to me, it’s overwhelming.

I’m looking for work right now, haven’t had much luck though. But I’ve only been here for like 2 weeks. So I’m not too worried. But most places are looking for seasonal help, so I don’t know. It’s easy to get one but that would mean I would have to stay here over the holidays, I’m not too sure about that…but I know that I’ll end up with the right job. God will never cease to provide for me. “Consider the lilies in the field…”
So I have all the money I need to move in to my new place! I’m going to meet with the landlord sometime this week and sign the lease hopefully… I really like all my roommates too, they are all really cool. I like were I’m living; it reminds me a lot of Ohio and my old neighbor hood.
I’m listening to a lot of local (Cinci) music lately…I guess I just miss it, although I’m looking forward to checking out the music scene here. Sue and I are going to a show next Thursday. I’m pretty pumped! We are also going to check out Charlotte too!

Sometimes I don't know

You ever feel like you don't know anything? Like you think you have the world and then out of nowhere you are as low as a bum? I feel like my head is going to blow up, I'm lost, I don't know what's right anymore. Being a teenager probably doesn't help ether.

I need a holiday, a very long holiday.....
